Safety training involves everyone.
Safety management is effectively implemented.

01 Principles of Firefighting Work
Adhere to the principle of combining specialized agencies with the masses, and implement a fire safety responsibility system.
02 Basic Measures to Prevent Fires from Occurring
(1) Control combustibles: Replace flammable or combustible materials with materials that are difficult to burn or noncombustible.
(2) Isolate from air: Production involving flammable and explosive substances should be carried out in enclosed equipment.
(3) Eliminate ignition sources: such as isolation, temperature control, grounding, lightning protection, and installation of explosion-proof lights, etc.;
(4) Prevent the spread of fire: Construct firewalls and maintain fire separation distances between buildings to avoid creating new conditions for combustion and thereby prevent the fire from spreading.

Types of fire extinguishers
1. Dry powder fire extinguisher
2. Carbon dioxide fire extinguisher
3. Water-based fire extinguisher
4. Clean gas fire extinguisher

Everyone takes safety inspections seriously.
Education and training are open to everyone.

How to Use a Fire Extinguisher (Taking the Common Dry Powder Fire Extinguisher as an Example)
The usage of a fire extinguisher (taking the commonly used dry powder extinguisher as an example) can be summarized in four steps: lift, pull, grip, and press.
1. Lift: Pick up the fire extinguisher and quickly head toward the fire, taking care to maintain a safe distance of about 5 meters from the ignition source.
2. Pull: Remove the safety pin from the top of the fire extinguisher to release the lock and enable use.
3. Grip: Hold the nozzle of the fire extinguisher with one hand, aiming it at the base of the flames; with the other hand, grasp the lever.
4. Press: Firmly press the handle to release the dry powder, while swinging the nozzle from side to side to sweep across the base of the flame until the fire is completely extinguished.
Precautions:
- Before extinguishing an electrical fire, first disconnect the power supply to prevent electric shock.
- When a frying pan catches fire, it’s not recommended to directly spray a dry powder fire extinguisher onto the flames; instead, prioritize using the pan’s lid to smother the fire.
