Ready to mix with water (no extra agents needed), it offers excellent workability: easy to spread, level, and sand, filling pores, small cracks, and uneven surfaces for a flawless base. Boasting strong adhesion to exterior substrates (concrete, masonry, stucco) and resistance to UV rays, temperature fluctuations, and weathering, it maintains stability in harsh outdoor conditions.
